Digital Media Assistant Advertisement
Cheviot Youth is pleased to be able to offer the position of Digital Media Assistant
with its Digital Media team based at is Jedburgh Youth Hub.
The Digital Media Assistant will play an important role in supporting and assisting
with the day to day running and development of the Cheviot Youth Digital Media
Project (DMP) based in Jedburgh with responsibility for the Jethart Youth Projects
Facebook page and the charity wide Cheviot Youth Facebook page as well as the
Cheviot Youth Website, Twitter account and general digital administration function.
In doing so they will assist the DMP Lead Worker in assisting and supporting
volunteers, Cheviot Youth Members and those on the Digital Media Professional
Development Award programme in ensuring all understand and are comfortable
navigating the fields of digital and online media.

The post is initially offered on a one-year contract for 16 hours a week based in
Jedburgh with the rate of paying being £10 per hour, offering six weeks’ holiday and
a comprehensive training package. Interested young people should in the first
