A Cheviot Youth Administrator
The Administrator will support the day to day running, development and evaluation of all Cheviot Youth Projects with a particular remit for Stepping Stones, Cheviot Youth’s Emotional Well-Being and Mental Health Service. It is expected that the split between Project and general Cheviot Youth work to be 11hours for Stepping Stones and 5 hours for Cheviot Youth. In carrying out their duties in an efficient and effective manner the post holder will work closely with the staff team, Cheviot Youth Manager and outside agencies to ensure the best possible service is delivered. Main responsibilities for this role will involve support of the Stepping Stones service, liaison with outside agencies in health and education, servicing the administration requirements of Stepping Stones Lead Practitioner and the team of Practitioners with regard to bookings, filing, routine correspondence by letter and email, telephone work, database entry and website admin. As well as working within the Stepping Stones service the post holder will be called upon to assist from time to time with the general administration of the charity in partnership with the Manager.
