Insight Youth has secured £13,000 from the Langhope Rig Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund to launch a new counselling service for young people in rural communities around Hawick, including Ettrick, Yarrow, Upper Teviotdale, Borthwick Water, and Ale Water.
