Based in Kelso, at The Planet, Ross Irvine, Cheviot Youth's Community Youth Support Worker, runs the Stepping stones projects for Kelso and Jedburgh. Ross goes into local primary and secondary schools, working with all sorts of young people, here is some information about the steeping stones project.

Stepping Stones is a three year project designed to make a step change in the way opportunities and support are given to young people across the Scottish Borders.

The project has been developed by the award winning Scottish Borders Youth Work Partnership which brings together eight young peoples' charities from across the region, sharing their decades of practical hands on experience in supporting our young people.

Stepping Stones is now very much online through Skype and smart phone and has the following times available with our highly qualified Stepping Stones practitioners:

Tuesday – Thursday 2 pm – 4 pm;

Friday 2 pm – 5 pm

Ross

Tuesday – Thursday 1 pm – 5 pm
